  5. the now defunct PFLP-Special Operations Group.

  9. attacks in Western Europe, including the bombing of a restaurant frequented 
  10. by US servicemen in Torrejon, Spain, in April 1985.  Eighteen Spanish 
  11. civilians were killed in the attack.
